Cotton Grower Rebate

$15.00 per half-gallon rebate for
purchases of ET^® Herbicide/Defoliant.

$25.00 per half-gallon rebate for
purchases of ET^®X Herbicide/Defoliant.

Offer valid in the following states: AL, AR, FL, GA, LA, MO, MS, NC, SC, TN, VA

A minimum purchase of eight half-gallons of ET Herbicide/Defoliant or five half-gallons of ETX Herbicide/Defoliant is required to be eligible for rebate. Multiple purchases during the qualifying period may be combined to meet the program minimum gallon requirement.

Additionally, if both ET and ETX are purchased and used by the same entity, a combination of brand purchases as indicated in the table below is acceptable to meet the program minimum gallon requirement.

To receive rebate by mail:

Purchase ET Herbicide/Defoliant or ETX Herbicide/Defoliant between July 8, 2024 and November 30, 2024.

Complete and submit the following form, including proof of purchase of your qualifying ET Herbicide/Defoliant or ETX Herbicide/Defoliant purchases.

Program Requirements/Rules:

To qualify for the rebate, participating growers must complete this form and submit a proof of purchase (i.e. photo or digital scan of sales receipt or sales invoice) showing the total net volume (volume purchased less product returned) of ET Herbicide/Defoliant or ETX Herbicide/Defoliant purchased between July 8, 2024 and November 30, 2024. The proof of purchase must be submitted directly by the grower or in conjunction with the retailer.

Rebates will be made payable to the entity name. Entity name must match sales invoice exactly.

Rebate request must be submitted via the Nichino website on or before December 13, 2024.

Qualifying rebates will be paid on or before February 14, 2025.

Purchases from another grower, chemical broker, or online brokerage will not be considered as qualifying purchases.

Nichino America, Inc. reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.
