A minimum purchase of 100 pounds ($200 per payment) of Craze Herbicide is required to be eligible for rebate. Multiple purchases during the qualifying period may be combined to meet the 100-pound minimum.



To receive $2.00 per pound rebate by mail:

Purchase/use Craze Herbicide between August 1, 2023 and September 30, 2024.

Complete and submit the following form, including proof of purchase or pesticide use report of your qualifying Craze Herbicide purchases/use.

Program Requirements/Rules:

Offer valid in the state of California only.

The program minimum is 100 pounds ($200 per payment).

To qualify for the $2.00 per pound rebate, participating growers must submit a proof of purchase (i.e. photo or digital scan of sales receipt or sales invoice) showing the total net volume (volume purchased less product returned) of Craze® Herbicide purchased between August 1, 2023 and September 30, 2024. A pesticide use report showing use of Craze Herbicide between August 1, 2023 and September 30, 2024 is also an acceptable form of proof of purchase. The proof of purchase must be submitted directly by the grower or in conjunction with the retailer.

Rebates will be made payable to the entity name. Entity name must match sales invoice exactly.

Rebate request must be submitted via the Nichino America website on or prior to October 25, 2024.

Qualifying rebates will be paid on or before December 13, 2024.

Purchases from another grower, chemical broker, or online brokerage will not be considered as qualifying purchases.

Nichino America, Inc. reserves the right to change or discontinue this program at any time without prior notice.
